Year-Round BrandNAUTICAL DISASTER
DOUBLE IPA

ABV 7% | IBU 55 | SRM 6

For nearly 100 years trouble & tragedy claimed many a steamship, sailor & Captain on Lake of the Woods. The still waters & open stretches were often fraught with unseen mishap & calamity for both passenger n’ cargo alike. Nautical Disaster Dry Hopped IPA – chock-a-block of ‘Triple C’ hops & full to the gunwales o’ grapefruit; the answer between the Devil Itself & the deep blue sea (or lake). Pairs well with sweet, hot n’ spicy & big, big anchors. Navigate responsibly.

THE NOT SO NAUTICAL DISASTER

A not so disastrous IPA. A little hazy and all-day tasty.

This IPA is dry-hopped (adding hops to fermented ale). If the grapefruits were having a party and the tangerines showed up with a couple of pine trees and flowers for the table, you’d get a Nautical Disaster of a shindig. SEE THE SPEC SHEET

HE SAID CAPTAIN, I SAID WOT?

Steamers and Shipwrecks on Lake of the Woods.

Nautical Disaster IPA is inspired by the tragic tales of many of the steam ships that called Lake of the Woods home. In the late 1800s through the early 1900s, steamships served as transportation from Rat Portage (now Kenora) to Fort Frances/Rainy River and Warroad in the USA. They carried passengers and freight and many of the ships helped pull log booms to saw mills. Many of the ships met a watery grave in the reef riddled waters.
