Seasonal BrandFIREHOUSE
ENGLISH NUT BROWN ALE

ABV 4.75% | IBU 28 | SRM 18

It would only make sense for us to dedicate the name of this beer to our brewery and tap room location, a century old firehall in downtown Kenora. Chocolate malt provides the colour and aroma of this amber coloured ale. Classic English hop profiles balance this malt forward pub-ish Brown Ale – simple ale but true to style with a roasted nut finish. Good form Peter! Good form.

WHERE THERE'S SMOKE, THERE'S FIRE

An alarmingly tasty, traditional English Brown Ale.

Brewed in our 109 year-old firehall brewery in Kenora Ontario, Firehouse is a classic English style Nut Brown Ale that has been enjoyed in Western Europe for centuries. Brewed with the traditional English hop “Kent Golding” which is cultivated in Mid-Kent. The Golding is named after a farmer from Canterbury named… you guessed it… Golding, who first propagated the hop in the late 18th century for its desirable floral aroma and earthy notes, which have come to symbolize the characteristic flavour of English ale.

GOOD FORM PETER... GOOD FORM.

No need to hop across the pond for a taste of a classic English Pub Brown Ale.
