Barley's Angels Women In STEM Scholarship

The application window is now open. We are accepting applications until November 22, 2024.

The Barley’s Angels (Kenora Chapter) Scholarships are for full-time students, women or those who identify as women, attending accredited university or college programs in the areas of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics).

To apply, you must be a Canadian citizen or landed immigrant, a woman or those who identify as a woman, be from the Kenora district riding (as determined by the Government of Canada federal elections map), and be between the ages of 18-25 to be eligible. Your application should include the completed form, two reference letters, and a resume or CV. Full details for the application are below.

Please watch your inbox for confirmation that your completed form has been received. All successful applicants will be notified on or before December 10, 2024. The scholarships are for the 2^nd semester (January to June 2025).

Scholarships are supported by generous women who are part of the Barley’s Angels (Kenora Chapter). This year, we are able to offer two, $500 scholarships. We would like to acknowledge the generosity and support of Ms. Tara Douglas who has made a matching donation of $500.
