All gluten-friendly menu options are prepared with gluten free ingredients. Staff clean and sanitize to the best of our ability the work and cooking surfaces, utensils, cutlery, platters, dishes, cutting boards and equipment that come in contact with the food being prepared for the gluten-friendly offering. That said, unfortunately there is the possibility of cross contamination occurring during preparation and cooking. LOWBrewCo therefore cannot guarantee that a menu item is gluten/allergen free because of the number of gluten menu items and constraints (we make our wood fired pizza with a fair bit of flour….) used daily in our kitchen.
